4.5. Right of limitation

5. Location, retention and retention of personal data

The transfer is made mandatory by law, regulation or order of an administrative or judicial authority;
The transfer is necessary for the provision of online gaming services or maintenance services;

6.3. In particular, it requires the subcontractor to comply with the Regulation and, therefore, to keep a register.
6.4. CASINO777.BE undertakes to notify security incidents related to the processed data, likely to create a risk to the rights and freedoms of the natural persons concerned, to the data protection authority referred to in Article 7.4 as soon as possible and, if possible, within 72 hours at the latest, from the date of knowledge of the incident.

7. Other
7.1. Personal Data Register and Information Security Manual
