CONTEST "Pot o' Gold"
These rules set out the specific conditions and practical modalities for the "Pot o' Gold" contest. For additional information, please refer to the General Contest Rules of the Company, which are attached and form an integral part of these rules and are available at www.casino777.be.
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these specific rules and the General Contest Rules. No disputes will be accepted.
Name of the contest: Pot o' Gold Quiz (hereinafter the "Contest")
Organizer: CASINO DE SPA SA with its registered office at 4900 Spa (Belgium), Rue Royale 4, BCE number 0440.077.617 (hereinafter, the "Company").
Duration of the contest: From 17/04/2025 at 00:01 to 24/04/2025 at 13:00.
Location of the contest: www.casino777.be
Territorial limits: Belgian territory.
Participation conditions:
- Be 21 years or older to participate in the Contest.
- Registration and creation of a player account on www.casino777.be
Contest procedure:
During the promotion period, participants will be able to answer one multiple-choice question and one open question.
Participants will submit their answers via the questionnaire available on the dedicated page.
Each player is entitled to only one participation during the promotion period to submit an answer.
The game is accessible for free and only to persons registered on www.casino777.be residing in Belgium.
Any incorrect or fraudulent participation will automatically invalidate the participation of the player in question
Determination of the winner(s) and prize allocation: Players who correctly answer the questions and is the closest on the amount asked in the secondary question will receive the possibility to choose their gift from a list.
The winnings will be credited to their casino777 account within 72 hours after the end of the promotion.
One participation maximum during the promotion period.
The prizes of this contest are exclusively awarded to participants holding a valid, verified account (copy of the identity card sent and validated) and opened before the contest closing date.
Reward is non-exchangeable. *To be eligible for the reward, the player must be considered active on www.casino777.be (Player having Activity on the platform www.casino777.be during one of the last three months).
Activity: The fact that the Player earns at least one Point during the last month.
Points: Unit measuring the Player's Activity. This allows increasing the Player's Status as defined below. On online casino games, you receive 1 Point as soon as you bet:
• €10 on a dice game or slot machines during the same session
• €30 on roulette or video poker or blackjack during the same session

Any participant can request a copy of the data concerning them and have it rectified. They may, at their request and free of charge, oppose the processing of data concerning them by the Company.
