This User Contract (hereafter referred to as «the Contract»), once agreed to, between you and Casino777 is effective immediately and shall be the official source of reference for any complication related to the use of our Internet site, service or software. 5.4. Casino777 is in no way responsible if the user forgets, misplaces, or loses his/her password, except as a result of an error on the part of Casino777. Casino777 is not responsible for storing passwords and logins of the user;

5.5. Casino777 uses the latest privacy/public encryption methods to better guard the passwords and logins used by the user in order to secure access to the Service and/or Software vis-à-vis of third parties during Internet broadcast;

5.6. Casino777 guarantees that the use of the Software of games of luck on the Internet offers the user complete randomness and equitable chances thanks to the Software RNG (RNG: Random Number Generator) which determines the random combinations related to the Services;

5.10. Casino777 is under no obligation to verify if all users use the Service and or the Software according to the updated rules of this Contract.

6. BONUS

6.1. Casino777 only has one rule for bonuses: «You can only withdraw what you have won with your bonuses». Casino777 offers a 100% bonus for the first deposit and a «no deposit necessary» offer for special events. Reward certificate bonuses of this type are limited to £500.

6.2. All bonuses, promotions, special offers, and/or bonuses offered on the user account should be used according to the established rules. Casino777 reserves the right to rescind any bonus or special offer or promotion at any time.

6.3. Casino777 offers many free bonuses, such as welcome bonuses, fidelity bonuses, account reactivation bonuses and many more besides, which allow you to play without making a deposit beforehand. 7. BONUS SEEKER

9. WITHDRAWALS

11. AMENDEMENTS TO THE CONTRACT OR TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

11.1. Casino777 reserves the right to amend, modify, and update the Terms and Conditions, Game Rules, and Confidentiality Policy of this Contract at any time. The version posted on Casino777's site(s) is the effective version, and that which users should use as reference. Notice of modification with an effective date will be posted on the Internet Site. If you fail to adhere to any of the conditions of this Contract or if we reasonably suspect that you are failing to comply with any of the conditions of this Contract, Casino777 reserves the right, and all remedies at its disposal, and at its sole discretion, to block all your user accounts and of withdrawing the necessary amount from your account in order to compensate the damage suffered by Casino777, or in exchange of any amount due to Casino777, and until ruled upon it by a Court of Law.

13.3. If you fail to abide by the conditions of this Contract, Casino777 reserves the right to block your user account, as well as indefinitely banning your access to the Internet Site, Service and Software belonging to Casino777, and will have the right to bring suit against you.

14. CONFLICT

14.1. In case of conflict between the result posted on the Software and the result exposed in our Server, the result posted in our Server shall take precedence. You understand and accept that the settlement of any conflict between the user and Casino777 will be determined based on the records kept by Casino777. You also agree to the use of the Software RNG (RNG: Random Number Generator) which has the role of providing game servers with an adequate quantity of random numbers for the casino games.

14.2. You have acknowledged and accepted that any complaint or contestation made by you more than 7 days after the transaction in question will not be taken into account, and will have no value.

14.3. The original contract is formulated in English. If the Contract is translated to another language, the English version shall prevail.

15. TERMS AND CANCELLATION

15.3. If the player account stays inactive for 30 days or more, Casino777 will automatically cancel the player account and any amount owed to the player will be returned to his/her bank account according to the details given by the player.

Casino de Spa reserves the right to cancel this Contract and to close your user account, at any time, without any reason, and at its sole discretion, or if certain activity on your part were brought to the attention of Casino de Spa and or its members, including but not limited to fraud, failure to abide by one or more clauses in this Contract, abuse of bonuses and other promotions and/or the improper use of the Software.

15.5. Immediately following the cancellation of this Contract, by either party, Casino de Spa is bound to reimburse the integral amount indicated in your user account, only after the deduction of any amount owed to Casino de Spa, if any.

15.6. The cancellation of this Contract shall not be cause of prejudice to any other right or engagement of either party in regards to any violation stated herein or any other violation.

15.7. All existing obligations between the parties to this Contract will be null and void after the cancellation of this Contract, and for whatever reason, except if provided otherwise, under the reserved rights and obligations accepted prior to the cancellation.

17. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION

17.2. In case of complaint or conflict, the English version of this contract shall prevail against any other version that we may have emitted.

17.3. Any complaint or dispute, direct or indirect, arising from this Contract shall be pursued in a Court of Law competent in England, which should have the complete and absolute jurisdiction. In spite of the latter, Casino777 reserves, at its discretion, the right to bring legal suit against any user in front of any competent court of law whether or not it be in the user's jurisdiction.
