How to claim a bonus

You can claim a bonus via the section 'Claim a bonus' in the Bonus account.

Only one bonus can be active at any given time. Before a bonus becomes active you need to claim it via the section 'Claim a bonus'. If you already have an active bonus the new bonus will be added to the queue in the section 'Current bonuses'.

The validity of bonuses

Bonuses on Casino777 - unless otherwise stated on the promotional page, SMS, email etc. - can be claimed for a period of 15 days after they were issued. Once the validity has expired a bonus can no longer be claimed. After activation a bonus and any winnings from that bonus will remain active for 30 days. After this period bonus funds and winnings are automatically removed from your account.

How money is deducted from balances

While you are playing, funds are deducted from your balance in the following order:

1. Bonus winnings (which consist of any winnings gained since your bonus became active).

2. Cash balance.

3. Bonus funds (the original bonus credited to your account).

How to activate a queued bonus

Once you have completed the playthrough (see below) of your active bonus, and you have a bonus in the queue, your bonus balance will be automatically updated with your new bonus. If you have more than one bonus in the queue the oldest bonus will be activated first. If you still need to complete the playthrough of your active bonus, but you would like to use a bonus in the queue, you have the option to cancel your active bonus in the section 'Current bonus'. Please take into consideration that cancelling your active bonus means you also cancel any winnings from this bonus.

Playthrough

The term 'playthrough' refers to the number of times a bonus amount has to be played before the money or winnings become withdrawable. Usually the playthrough is 30, which means that a bonus of €5 would require to be played until €150 is reached. You can check the playthrough status of your active bonus in your Bonus Account under 'Current bonuses' or by contacting our customer support. Not all games on Casino777 contribute equally to reaching the playthrough of a bonus:

• Slots: 100%;

• 10%: Dice games, Dream Catcher Money Wheel, Video Poker (except for 25x Deuces Poker, 100XPlay and Poker Pursuit, which do not contribute);

• 3%: Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Live Casino;

• 0%: Punto Banco Pro, Ninja Chef Kitchen, Lucky Monkey, Keno Shootout, Hot Dice, Golden Games, Break The Bank, Tons of Cash, Money Balloons, Head or Tail, Keno, Lucky Clover, Football Scores, Money Wheel, Fishermen Gold, and all other games.

Withdrawals

It is not possible to withdraw a bonus. If you make a withdrawal request while a bonus is active, and you have not yet reached the wagering requirements, both the initial bonus amount and the winnings from that bonus will be deducted from your balance.
